Theres a puddle in front of me called the ocean.

I sometimes feel like my brain is bubbly and my neck wants to twist itself off my shoulders and my tounge is a quadrapalegic. Even though it never had limbs in the first place. I sometimes feel like there is so much i have to get done and don't do that i wonder how can people do so much more than me and do it all better. and i wonder is it just going to get worse as i get older? And i wonder why is the ugly man in the computer lab giving me a mean mean look? Is it because he is ugly? Or am i bleeding out of my mouth?
